Patsch’s gentle nature and impeccable manners shine through despite his long shelter stay. Fostered by Nowlins Fostering, he’s eager to find a calm, loving home where he can thrive. As part of the $50 over 50 promotion to highlight dogs over 50 lbs waiting for homes, his adoption fee is just $50 for the month of July 2025!

Patsch is the perfect low-maintenance companion with a slightly shy but utterly charming demeanor:
Affectionate and Devoted: Loves cozy evenings, tasty treats (he’ll do anything for a snack!), and lounging by your side once he trusts you. He melts into cuddles like butter on a hot day.
Playful and Friendly: Enjoys romping in the backyard with other dogs and gets along well with cats. He’s fostered and playgrouped with dogs and tested with cats.
Well-Trained: Crate- and house-trained with excellent manners, making him a dream to have around.
Slow to Warm Up: Takes his time with new people or dogs but rewards patience with tail wags and loyalty.

Patsch needs an adult-only home where he can relax at his own pace, as kids make him a bit nervous. A calm environment with space to play and cuddle will bring out his best.
