Petey is housetrained, crate-trained, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and on parasite prevention. His adoption fee is fully sponsored, covering all these essentials. He has a minor issue with occasional soreness in his back leg from a past accident, but it doesn’t slow him down.
Petey’s Story
Petey’s journey hasn’t been easy, but his spirit remains unbroken. After being hit by a car, he was treated by a local veterinarian and adopted, only to be abandoned back on the streets. Now at Full Circle Rescue and Sanctuary, Petey has proven himself to be a resilient and joyful soul. He loves playtime—whether it’s chasing toys, playing tug-of-war, or having fun with his foster sister. Petey is also a master cuddler, always ready for long walks, adventurous car rides, and cozy moments with his people.
Petey gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is great with kids, making him an ideal family companion. He’s currently honing his leash-walking skills and is already housetrained and crate-trained. Despite occasional soreness in his back leg from his accident, Petey lives life to the fullest, never letting it hold him back. His infectious happiness and love for toys and treats make him a delight to be around.
