About Tipsy
Tipsy is a smart, hilarious, and deeply affectionate little terrier mix with a huge personality packed into her 17-pound body. From her goofy underbite to her loving gaze, this expressive girl has an unforgettable way of making people smile.
Once Tipsy feels safe and connected to someone, she becomes incredibly devoted. She loves curling up close for cuddles, receiving praise, and spending time with the people she trusts. She forms strong bonds and has a sweet, funny, and loyal personality that shines as she becomes comfortable.
Tipsy is also an intelligent dog who enjoys learning new things. She quickly made progress with potty training and even began using bells to communicate when she needed to go outside. She has worked on helpful cues such as responding to her name, “wait,” and “leave it.”
She has also done well with crate games, eating meals in her crate, and enjoying a special chew or stuffed Kong inside it—as long as she can still feel connected to her person.
